Weekend Workshops (Sydney & Wollongong)
Our weekend workshops are currently led by brothers Abhijatri and Balarka Robinson. Originally from Zimbabwe, their early interest in meditation took them to Southeast Asia and later to New Zealand, where they began practising as students of meditation teacher Sri Chinmoy. They later started teaching in 1997 and have since offered courses in New Zealand, South Africa and Australia.

Their classes combine practical techniques with light-hearted personal stories and insights drawn from a variety of meditation traditions. The result is a down-to-earth and friendly introduction to building a daily meditation practice โ even amidst the demands of a busy life.
While teaching meditation is a central part of their lives, both brothers also work full-time as water engineers
Weeknight Courses (Sydney)
Our weeknight courses are currently led by Ashadeep Volkhardt. Ashadeep has been mediating regularly with the Sri Chinmoy Centre for the past 26 years, and teaching meditation for 20 years. She appreciates that everyone is unique and loves to share a variety of different approaches to creating a quiet mind. Such as through music, breathwork, visualisation, mantra or even sports. She has herself found meditating on the heart centre to be extremely fruitful as it has enriched every aspect of her life.
